We know that life is often chaotic. The challenges of a calendar filled with Church activities, work, school events, sports, and various practices make having quality family time nearly impossible. When was the last time you prayed or read the Word of God together as a family? When was the last time you were able to rest and reflect on what God is doing in your family? We want to help your family grow spiritually, which is why we have developed Family Camp to encourage spiritual renewal for your family.

Come and enjoy the beautiful Sheyenne River Valley while you relax, refresh, recharge, refocus, and experience the life-transforming power of Christ.

SPEAKER TOM HARMON

My name is Tom Harmon, my loving wife Joyce and I have been married for forty-five years. We have four children, and they are all are married. Our son Ben and his wife Carmen have four children, Natalie, Levi, Trever, and Joshua. Our daughter Ellen is married to Gabriel Morse, and they have seven children, Caleb, Benjamin, Morgan Anne, Isabelle, Elise, Sophia and Evangeline. Our son Brian is married to Kimberlee and they have six children, Ellianna, Eli, Titus, Isaac, Silas, Lydia, and Ezra. Our youngest daughter Lydia is married to Michael Baker they have four children, Matthew, Alexandria, Hudson, and Emma. All our children love the Lord and we thank God for His gracious hand upon us.

I grew up in a Christian home and trusted harmon family photoChrist at an early age. I regret to say that most of the early years of my journey I did not walk in the ways of the Lord. In High School I enjoyed football, basketball and track. Upon graduation from High School I attended Northern Michigan University on a four year full ride athletic scholarship. I played four years of college football, and graduated with a bachelor of science degree. In 1973 I graduated from the Michigan State Police Academy and was a trooper for eleven years. In 1984 I sensed God's call on my life to preach and resigned from the department. I pastored a small church north of Lansing for four years and have been a full time itinerant preacher speaking in churches, camps, and Bible conferences for the past twenty-five years. My life's verse is Philippians 3:10

Some people say, "God will never ask me to do something I can't do." I have come to the place in my life that, if the assignment I sense God is giving me is something I know I can handle, I know it probably isn't from God. The assignments God gives in the Bible are always God sized. They are always beyond what people can do, because He wants to demonstrate His nature, His strength, His provision, and His kindness to His people and a watching world. That is the only way the world will come to know Him.

Guest Musician Greg Hager

A five time nominee as the WESTERN ARTIST OF THE YEAR with the Academy of Western Artists, Greg Hager is certainly making connections with the music that he writes and sings.

His musical stories about “life, living, love, cattle, country, and faith” are making strong connections all across the USA. Averaging over 120 concert events per year, Hager is very busy performing at rodeos, fairs, banquets, church events, festivals, and other various venues.

Hager is the “2015 Country and Western Album Of The Year” Recipient by the Rural Roots Music Commission for IN THE VALLEY BELOW. This album was also nominated as the 2015 Western Album of the Year with the Academy of Western Artists. His song COWBOY DREAMING was nominated in 2015 as the Western Song of the Year.

His rural western roots run deep, and so he writes and sings about the life he knows. Raised on a dairy and grain farm, he learned the value of honesty and integrity, and keeping your word no matter what. This is the perspective that shines through in his music. He says those are values common to everyone, and that is why so many identify strongly with his music.

Hager is the epitome of professional both on the stage and off. He is truly entertaining and family friendly. A cowboy gentleman.

Musically, Hager has been influenced by great 12-string guitar pickers and story-tellers like John Denver, Roger Whittaker, Gordon Lightfoot, Paul Overstreet, Clint Black, George Strait, and many others. His style is described along the lines of what Country and Western music used to be before all of the Pop influences…”Easy-going, melodic, and clever.”

Greg Hager looks forward to adventures on the road of life. Life IS a ride!!! A Nashville produced musician, Hager has recorded and released seven CD’s of 100% original music. In fact, he is the only artist in North Dakota history to do so. Four of his albums are “positive” western and country, one Christmas album, and two albums of Country Gospel music.

He is married with three children and lives southwest of Valley City, ND near the family homestead.

Connect with him at www.greghager.com and on Facebook and Twitter.
